The Saint Constantine School endeavors to employ the very best classical, Christian educators, and to that end we are committed to passing a full 70% of all student tuition directly to our teachers in the form of their salary and benefits. We work hard to offer a professional-level living wage to all full-time faculty in order to build a community of academically and personally excellent, long-term, fully invested teachers.
